The hotel met requirements. The staff was very very helpful with local information. We were in a good and unbeatable location next to the beautiful Coffs harbour Jetty and cafes, shops. Also, Brelsford Park was a few steps away from here.

the location was comfy and quiet, for example, an art museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. and the area was tranquil, very close to the city centre and close proximity to the shopping centre.

The motel is a luxury and nice place with cooperative employees, especially with our extra request. the double room is equipped with a kettle and a toaster. the beds are neat and perfect after a long day exploring Coffs Harbour. they offer early check-in and late check-out options. the pool area is lovely as well.

Comfortable and simple rooms with attractive pictures, a nice little balcony, a handy microwave, and incredibly friendly staff. the price was a bit high at £143, but worth it in the end! 🌟

The motel is conveniently located adjacent to an intersection with traffic lights, making it easy to access from the main road. Despite being in a not very nice area, the building itself is basic, pretty old and tired. the rooms are clean with freshly made beds and towels, providing a comfortable stay. the service is fantastic, with the manager going beyond expectations to meet guests' needs. the amenities include real mugs for tea, a very firm mattress, and a designated smoking area.
There were issues with cleanliness, including dirty bed linen and stained towels, mentioned by some guests.
